高粱酒─世界烈酒競賽常勝軍

高粱酒的部分紀念酒款在收藏界中展現其投資價值,至少5000元一瓶,上萬的也有。而且是台灣白酒市占率最高的酒。

行酒友分析,金門陳年高粱酒有三大風味:人蔘、葡萄及泡泡膠,其中以人蔘味最稀有。《酒訊》指出,人蔘味高粱酒,是「釀造中美麗意外」創造出來的,只在1977與2002兩個年份出現過,連酒廠釀造師傅都不清楚為什麼。市場上最搶手的,正是這批酒。

▋金門、馬祖、玉山陳高,在世界烈酒競賽都奪過金牌

2024年,金門高粱已連續9年在世界五大烈酒競賽中奪下金牌。不讓金門陳高專美於前,馬祖「八八坑道」系列陳高、台酒玉山陳高,也陸續在五大烈酒競賽中奪金。

老大哥「金門高粱酒」,起源和1949年國民政府遷台,金門正式成為戰地前線有關。相傳1951年時,時任金門防衛部司令官的胡璉將軍,於品嘗金門雜貨店老闆葉華成私人所釀製的高粱酒後大為激賞,便指示於1952年開設金門酒廠。當時駐金門國軍飲食需求量大,每年還要從台灣進口超過10萬瓶酒,胡璉將軍為求自給自足,訂下了「飲高粱酒、吃大米飯、燃高粱稈」的指導原則,並以「一斤米換一斤高粱」的條件鼓勵金門農民種植高粱供應酒廠。

高粱酒大受歡迎,不僅為金門創造重要經濟收入,更於金門解除戰地任務後,經過旅遊觀光開發潮,成為國際知名品牌。加上馬祖、玉山小老弟的跟進,讓台灣高粱酒在世界發光發亮。
